The Inaugural function of YEN ARTIFICIA, association of Dept.of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning was organized at Yenepoya Institute of Technology, Thodar, Moodbidri on 21st December 2023.
Mr. Mohammed Tanzeem Agra Technical Manager Datacipher Pvt Ltd.,Founder of XERXEZ Solution was the Chief Guest. Dr. R.G D’Souza, Principal of YIT florally welcomed the chief guest and the inauguration was graced by CAO Mr. Mohammad Shahid, HOD of AIML Prof. Prasanna kumar presented the memento to the chief guest Prof. Ramya A coordinated the overall session. Association activities for the current academic year were inaugurated by lighting the lamp.
On this occasion, a technical talk on “Discriminative and Generative AI in Production level ” was organized . During the session, Mr. Mohammed Tanzeem Agra, the resource person, provided insightful discussions on Discriminative and Generative AI, offering a comprehensive roadmap while addressing the opportunities and challenges in the field.The event was well-attended by teaching and non-teaching faculty members, as well as students from the 5th and 3rd semesters of the AIML Department. The atmosphere was vibrant, capturing the enthusiasm of the participants. Ms. Sharanya Shetty, was the Master of Ceremonies, while Ms. Carol Simron Amanna extended a warm welcome to the gathering. Mr. Anas Hamza Mohammed introduced the esteemed Chief Guest, shedding light on his remarkable accomplishments. Oath taking by the office bearers during this introduction added a personal touch to the event. Additionally, Mr. Shadil Ibrahim presented the annual report for the academic year 2022-2023, and Mr. Alan Jerry expressed gratitude through the vote of thanks.The inaugural function of YEN ARTIFICIA marked a significant beginning, combining knowledge-sharing, networking, and a sense of unity within the AIML community at Yenepoya Institute of Technology.
