5.2. The Client will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. The Client is responsible for ensuring they meet the prerequisites for the course.
6.2. The Client must conduct themselves in a professional manner and adhere to the Company’s code of conduct during training sessions.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All course materials provided by the Company are the intellectual property of the Company.
7.2. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials without the Company’s written permission.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the training confidential and not to disclose it to any third party.
9. Liability
9.1. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our training services.
9.2. The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client.
10. Force Majeure
10.1. The Company is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or pandemics.
11. Governing Law
